What we collect
Only what you type into our forms:
- Mailing list: your email address.
- Demo submissions: name, email, track link and message.
- Booking requests: name, email, event, date and message.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Video preview images in the SpaceCast section are served by YouTube's image CDN when you scroll to them. They set no cookies and we send no referrer, but your IP address is visible to Google.
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you and to send news you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to mincodeart@gmail.com.
Who else processes your data
- Formspree Inc. — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — hosts the inbox that receives them.
- YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify — only if you click to load a player. Nothing loads until you do.
How long we keep it
Demo and booking messages: one year from receipt. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to mincodeart@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
